We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Strategist to join our journey to advance the world of technology through innovation and creativity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Gathering and documenting business requirements by engaging stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
Designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals, collaborating closely with IT and stakeholders.
Preparing technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing training materials, and facilitating learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
Communicating clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Key qualifications for this role include:
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management.
Experience in business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
Salesforce configuration and administration expertise.
Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL.
This role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as effective oral and written communication skills, including requirement gathering and documentation, process mapping and diagramming, and stakeholder management and facilitation.
