Atividades:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategy, handling recruitment, training, and development processes, managing local trends and needs to build the best team in line with budget, guidelines, and local labor laws and regulations.
The role fosters a diverse and inclusive ecosystem by leveraging talent management, succession planning, and accurate total rewards for the assigned plant, acting in full alignment with the leader above and consistent with the organization model and HR policies and guidelines.
The HR Manager ensures accurate execution of cost analysis in line with guidance, leads HR administration and payroll processes, and serves as the primary contact for labor industrial relations and disputes at the plant level.
Activities include:
- Defining, developing, and implementing HR programs and plans annually for assigned sites, aligned with HR strategy defined by the CHRO, corporate directives, industrial plan, and budget.
- Managing staff recruitment, implementing compensation and reward strategies, ensuring consistency with the organizational model, in collaboration with Regional HR, HR Center of Expertise, and CHRO.
- Analyzing country-specific trends regularly, sharing insights with regional/corporate teams, and contributing to strategic actions and targets.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and local laws, implementing corrective and preventive actions promptly.
- Executing performance management, training, and development programs as defined by HR Center of Expertise, providing feedback for effective roll-out.
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, including high-potential employees and succession planning.
- Planning coverage for vacant positions, implementing job enlargement, rotation, and enrichment in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Creating an inclusive environment, promoting open communication, and encouraging employee feedback.
- Providing guidance on HR processes, resolving issues legally and strategically.
- Managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to legal, contractual, and company policies.
- Providing HR services such as administration, payroll, industrial relations, and labor law compliance.
- Monitoring and managing HR budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainable growth.
- Overseeing HR costs, managing risks, and establishing contingency plans.
- Managing, coaching, and developing HR staff, ensuring effective talent management.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targets and align with company goals.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 10+ years proven HR management experience, including 5+ years as HR Plant Manager in international companies.
- Proficiency in English (40% of daily routine).
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology.
- Knowledge of Talent Management, succession planning, Compensation, and Total Rewards.
- Understanding of HR management laws, trade unions, HRIS, Change Management, Product and Production processes, Data Analysis, budget management.
- Residence in Sete Lagoas (on-site work required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience with WCM and ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001.
