Role Named Account Executive, Enterprise Sales — This position targets a territory in Brazil, driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for large accounts. You will forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, building satisfied and referenceable customers. The compensation plan is competitive with significant upside potential. Responsibilities We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to grow the Brazilian customer base. Responsibilities include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, and driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across the region. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers. Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts (upper Commercial Segment and Enterprise accounts). Key Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, ideally with large enterprises. Proven track record in a hunting role with strong team selling skills. Result-oriented with a history of quota attainment; strong performance track record. Excellent relationships with C-Level executives. Deep experience in Solution Selling and long, complex sales cycles; strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead virtual teams. Proven consultative sales capabilities, with ability to articulate a clear ROI value statement. Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
