Learning Delivery Coordinator

About the Role This is a position within our Operations team, supporting our customers in Frankfurt. We're looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional service and work closely with our learning delivery team. As a key contact point, you will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery and overseeing all activities within the service. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment. They should possess a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint. We strive to maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. Analyze training needs and determine session requirements. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation. Organize sessions according to trainee expectations and availability. Calibrate with the Indian team for changes/updates in training events. Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoices. Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool. Provide Learner Support Level 2.
