The key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, determining session requirements, initiating requests for session creation and modification, organizing training sessions, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools. A thorough understanding of the training landscape and customer-centric mindset are essential for this role. Experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to international work environments, and fluency in English are required. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint is also necessary.
