What to Expect

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with candidates through strategic outreach and search methods
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' qualifications for specific roles
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records
What is Required
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt roles
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
