**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and manage leads coming through the company's channels: website, WhatsApp, chat, and other digital platforms;
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess the maturity level of each opportunity;
- Forward qualified leads to the leaders of the responsible areas;
- Monitor the scheduling and progress of meetings with leads, ensuring continuity of the relationship;
- Support follow-up actions and lead warming campaigns;
- Contribute with insights and improvements to lead nurturing and conversion processes;
- Prepare monthly reports on lead intake, channel performance, and opportunity status;
- Keep the CRM up to date and use the tool as the basis for all interactions and decision-making.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MUST HAVE**:
- Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or related areas (minimum of 2 years);
- Solid experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Netsuite will be considered a plus);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical ability and active listening;
- Organization and a strong sense of prioritization to handle multiple leads and demands simultaneously;
- Proactive profile with a strategic and collaborative mindset;
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
