Dans le cadre de l'expansion de notre présence au Brésil, nous recherchons un directeur des ventes dynamique et expérimenté (H/F) pour développer et conduire des stratégies de vente afin d'accroître notre part de marché dans la région.
**Vos principales responsabilités**:
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans et des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales afin d'étendre la présence de Bridor sur le marché brésilien
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés, les distributeurs et les partenaires
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents afin d'identifier les opportunités de croissance et de différenciation
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes telles que le marketing, le développement de produits et les opérations
- Préparer et présenter les prévisions de vente, les budgets et les rapports à la direction générale
- Gérer l'équipe de vente et la faire évoluer avec l'entreprise
Titulaire d'un master en administration des affaires, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, vous avez fait vos preuves en matière de gestion des ventes, idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire.
Doté de solides compétences en leadership et en communication, vous êtes reconnu comme un manager motivant et inspirant.
Vos excellentes capacités de négociation et votre relationnel vous permettent de nouer de solides relations avec les clients.
La maîtrise de l'anglais et du portugais est requise et celle du français serait un atout.
