At Volvo Financial Services, you will strengthen our brand presence and support our four business areas: Financing, Consórcio, Insurance, and Rental.

• Plan and execute strategic and operational marketing initiatives, supporting the company’s 2030 vision.
• Coordinate suppliers and manage corporate events, ensuring excellence and impact.
• Lead external communication efforts to reinforce brand positioning and customer relationships.
• Manage CRM processes to enhance customer experience and business growth.
• Build integrated marketing strategies aligned with other Volvo Group areas.
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve marketing practices.
• This role suits someone with a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and ambition to grow within the Volvo Group.

You will join a collaborative team working on strategic projects across Brazil and Latin America, partnering with leaders and external partners to create experiences that strengthen our brand and relationships. This is an on-site role in Curitiba , offering close contact with leaders and a strong influence on our business.

• We seek a professional with vision, drive, and the ability to deliver results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization preferred.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, events, budgets, and marketing projects.
• Expertise in external communications, CRM, and data-driven marketing.
• Hands-on CRM platform experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Professional handling of sensitive information.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Previous experience in financial, automotive, or service industries.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and data analytics.
