Responsibilities
  • Being proactive and conscientious in solving assigned tasks adapted to the level of competence.
  • Involvement in a variety of processes and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Updating and maintaining HR records in accordance with global and local processes.
  • Scanning and archiving of documentation.
  • Data cleanup.
  • Perform some TA Administration tasks on demand (e.g., interview scheduling).
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Good in MS Office and related software
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) and Spanish
  • Flexible and can-do attitude aligned to the LEO values
