Strategic Partnership Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnership Specialist to provide strategic support to business leaders, managers, and team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of positively impacting talent engagement, development, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders on HR policies, managing individual and team development, and performance to achieve targeted goals.
- Lead by influence, using relationships and expertise to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Identify and develop emerging talent through talent review discussions and individual development planning.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support achieving the company's objectives.

- Develop and maintain an employee-oriented company culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Collaborate in resolving ongoing employee relations problems and anticipate potential issues.
- Foster strong relationships across shared services teams to enhance trust and communication.
- Partner with HR teams to develop best practices for operating companies.
- Support developmental programs for team members and leadership.
- Maintain controls to proactively manage organizational risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop succession plans and employee promotion/transfer policies.
