Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.

Provide support and knowledge transfer for custom solutions to promote user adoption and engagement. Responsibilities include:
· Gathering business requirements and functional needs from customer business units and end users.
· Developing creative solutions to customer application needs.
· Providing consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation, customization, and integration with other applications.
· Identifying additional product/services opportunities within the customer organization.
· Providing feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.

Education / Qualifications

Technical knowledge:
· Knowledge of Smart Plant Foundation (desirable).
· Experience with programming languages such as VBA, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
· Experience with database administration (Oracle, SQL).
· Experience writing SQL statements.

Relevant professional experience in a technical consulting role, solution implementation projects, document and information management, end-user support, business analysis, automation processes, and software development/customizations is desirable but not mandatory.

Languages:
Portuguese (required), English (desirable).
