Workplace Type: Onsite Business Unit: ALI Responsibilities Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group. This position is based in Rio de Janeiro - Brasil. Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization and integration with other applications Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to reinforce developing relationships with stakeholders Accurately document support activities to solve problems, maintaining knowledge base updated Keep in touch with team members and support them in solving problems Education / Qualifications Education Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree Technical Knowledge Knowledge in creating how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes Familiar with writing SQL statements Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus Knowledge in programming logic and languages is a differentiator Experience Implementation of projects and solutions Business analysis consultant Experience in Engineering Project and Solution Implementation Automation of processes and routines Analyzing and preparing documentation Skills Ability to learn and work with systems and tools Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Motivated to tackle challenges and to learn Proactive Languages Spanish is a plus About Hexagon Hexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.
