Join to apply for the Customer Experience Specialist (English speaking) role at MANUAL . This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Patient Experience Team. Based in Rio and working with our Global Patient Experience Team (located in Brazil, England and the Philippines), you’ll provide best-in-class experience to every customer you speak to. You’ll offer a human, empathetic and solution-oriented approach to ensure our patients are at the heart of what we do.
Your goal is to create an experience so good our patients tell their friends about us. You’ll be the first person our patients speak to and you’ll advocate their voice throughout the company.
You’re someone who makes things happen despite ambiguity, thrives in a dynamic environment and takes on challenges head-on, turning uncertainty into opportunity. You have a passion for solving real patient problems, as well as for innovation and design.
What You'll Be Doing- Helping solve our patient problems with world-class service when they get in touch.
- Being the voice of MANUAL and guiding patients through their journey.
- Working closely with various teams to remove barriers patients may face.
- Creating and improving processes that enable us to help patients most effectively.
- You're good at explaining things to people and are thoughtful in all interactions.
- You have some experience in a customer support role within a scaling tech startup environment. Bonus points for healthtech experience.
- You view feedback as a gift and continually look for ways to improve and grow.
- You are super organized, manage your calendar, and can develop processes to ensure you never miss a beat.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication.
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality and are willing to learn and jump into unknown situations.
- You are excited about healthcare and what we're building at MANUAL .
- You speak fluent English.
- You can work from our Rio office 2 days per week.
