- Experience in Industrial Operations, Logistics and Supply with preference for the retail market.
- Team management and service provider contracts.
- Advanced English;
- Desirable Spanish.
- Desirable French.
- Advanced knowledge in the Office Package.
- Knowledge of ERP, TMS and WMS operating systems, preferably in SAP
**Activités**
- Appuyez sur les touches espace ou entrée pour alterner la visibilité de la section.- Manage the Logistics team (Billing, Storage, Supply and Transport).
- Control of movements and transfers between depots and plants
- Define and manage the performance indicators (KPI) of Transport and Storage Service Providers, guaranteeing the best results in maintaining the level of customer service and safety of the operation and road transport in compliance with PATROM requirements.
- Management of Transport and Purchasing contracts in the negotiation process.
- Cost control and freight payment process.
- Dedicated fleet management (travel, security, monitoring and costs).
- Management of activities related to the Transport Tariffs and registration in the Transport Operating System (SAP);
- Management of the handling of incidents in billing, shipping and transportation with the Commercial, Financial and Operations areas;
- Definition of national distribution planning, aiming a better operational performance and lower costs;
- Define and lead the monthly performance and non-compliance meetings with carriers and logistics operators;
- Ensure the accuracy of inventories through strict control in the phases of receiving production, distribution and returns in accordance with the SLA definitions agreed with the service providers.
- Act in close relationship with the business areas and customers, adapting delivery services to their needs, however, with clear observance of the cost-benefit ratio.
- Establish the structure for Supply in terms of staff, process and tools in order to get efficacy for all the activities.
- Manage gasoline and gasoil purchases from Petrobras and other suppliers such as Refineries, Petrochemical Units, Trading Companies, Blenders and Distribution Companies.
- Follow the domestic and international market for clean products and the parities between the two markets in order to evaluate and decide for the best alternative in terms of final costs, considering logistics, and facilities.
- Manage hydrous and unhydrous ethanol purchases, considering all the particular aspects of the domesticopen market and volatilities.
- Manage biodiesel purchases through electronic auctions coordinated by Petrobras.
- Define the best proportion between long term and spot agreements.
- Establish a dynamic process between Supply/Market Intelligence and Sales Forecast/Pricing in order toallow the right level of purchases and stocks.
- Guarantee an effective information flow with the team and all interrelated areas.
- Remain updated about the market changes in order to anticipate movements and revise strategies to the continuous optimization and innovation of Supply.
- Rupport the board with all information related to Supply and its market.
- Develop and keep all the necessary commercial contacts to get the largest number of business alternatives.
