Maritime Sales Support Coordinator (Brazil)

Your Mission

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the Americas maritime sales team to achieve revenue/acquisition targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Inside Sales Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Sales, Americas. You will primarily support the Brazil based sales team, and occasionally the sales team in North America.

Main Tasks
  • Support Key Account Managers with the preparation of sales proposals.
  • Directly quote and process less complex customer enquiries, such as for mobile satellite services (MSS).
  • Facilitate customer requests to the appropriate departments for execution.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for customers in the absence of the Key Account Manager.
  • Prepare, submit and follow up on back-office sales documentation such as sales contracts, change orders, vessel transfers, customer qualification questionnaires and portals.
  • Assist customers with the contract registration processes and manage the customer onboarding process.
Qualifications & Professional skills
  • Successful track record in a B2B sales support or inside sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and an excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft business applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience of the maritime industry is preferred but not essential. A knowledge of the satellite, network/IP technologies, IT/telecommunication industry would be an advantage.

Sua Missão

Como Coordenador(a) de Suporte de Vendas, você irá apoiar a equipe de vendas marítimas das Américas para atingir as metas de receita/aquisição e manter altos níveis de satisfação dos clientes.

O Coordenador(a) de Vendas Internas se reporta ao Vice-Presidente de Vendas das Américas. Você dará suporte principalmente à equipe de vendas baseada no Brasil, e ocasionalmente à equipe de vendas na América do Norte.

Principais Atividades
  • Apoiar os(as) Gerentes de Contas-Chave na preparação de propostas comerciais.
  • Responder e processar diretamente solicitações de clientes menos complexas, como para serviços móveis via satélite (MSS).
  • Encaminhar as solicitações dos clientes aos departamentos adequados para execução.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato secundário para clientes na ausência do(a) Gerente de Contas-Chave.
  • Preparar, enviar e acompanhar a documentação de vendas administrativa, como contratos de venda, ordens de alteração, transferências de embarcações, questionários de qualificação de clientes e portais.
  • Auxiliar os clientes nos processos de registro de contratos e gerenciar o processo de onboarding de clientes.
Qualificações e Competências Profissionais
  • Histórico de sucesso em suporte de vendas B2B ou ambiente de vendas internas.
  • Ótimas habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal, com fluência em português e excelente domínio de inglês falado e escrito. Fluência em espanhol é altamente desejável.
  • Facilidade com aplicativos empresariais da Microsoft, como PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Dynamics CRM.
  • Experiência na indústria marítima é preferencial, mas não essencial. Conhecimentos em tecnologias via satélite, redes/IP, TI/telecomunicações serão considerados diferenciais.
