Your Mission

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the Americas maritime sales team in achieving revenue and acquisition targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Inside Sales Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Sales, Americas. You will primarily support the Brazil-based sales team and occasionally assist the North American team.

Main Tasks

  • Support Key Account Managers with preparing sales proposals.
  • Quote and process less complex customer inquiries, such as for mobile satellite services (MSS).
  • Facilitate customer requests to the relevant departments for execution.
  • Act as a secondary contact for customers in the absence of the Key Account Manager.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales documentation, including contracts, change orders, vessel transfers, customer questionnaires, and portal management.
  • Assist customers with contract registration and manage onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Professional Skills

  • Successful experience in B2B sales support or inside sales environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in the maritime industry is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of satellite, network/IP technologies, or IT/telecommunications is advantageous.

Sua Missão

Como Coordenador(a) de Suporte de Vendas, você apoiará a equipe de vendas marítimas das Américas para atingir metas de receita e aquisição, mantendo altos níveis de satisfação do cliente.

O Coordenador de Vendas Internas reporta-se ao Vice-Presidente de Vendas das Américas. Você dará suporte principalmente à equipe no Brasil, e ocasionalmente à equipe na América do Norte.

Principais Atividades

  • Apoiar os Gerentes de Contas-Chave na preparação de propostas comerciais.
  • Responder e processar solicitações de clientes menos complexas, como serviços móveis via satélite (MSS).
  • Encaminhar solicitações aos departamentos responsáveis para execução.
  • Atuar como ponto de contato secundário na ausência do Gerente de Contas-Chave.
  • Preparar, enviar e acompanhar documentação de vendas, contratos, ordens de alteração, transferências de embarcações, questionários de qualificação e portais.
  • Auxiliar no registro de contratos e gerenciar o onboarding de clientes.

Qualificações e Competências Profissionais

  • Experiência bem-sucedida em suporte de vendas B2B ou vendas internas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação em português e inglês; espanhol é desejável.
  • Familiaridade com aplicativos Microsoft, como PowerPoint, Word, Excel e Dynamics CRM.
  • Experiência na indústria marítima é preferencial, conhecimentos em tecnologias via satélite, redes/IP, TI/telecomunicações são diferenciais.
