Sales Manager - Belga Marine

**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry in the region.
- Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across several of our solution categories.
- Create opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end customers.
- Establish, meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Support the Sales Department with essential administrative duties, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to support customer satisfaction across various solution categories.
- Assist in preparing quotations, managing direct sales inquiries, and handling opportunity management in purchasing portals (e.g., Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Shipserv).
- Coordinate aspects of the sales cycle, from RFQ stages through final delivery and PO closure.
- Manage international logistics, including door-to-door operations, and coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Graduation in Administration, Internation Relations, Production Engineering or related areas.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain or Technical Areas.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Good MS Office, PowerPoint and system tools skills
- English Fluency.
- Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners and Shipyards is a differential.
- Experience hosting in exhibitions and events is a differential.

**Key Attributes**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and teamwork abilities.
- Goal-oriented.
- Experience with CRM/ERPs is a differential.
- Experience in international logistics, import/export is a differential.
- Experience with Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa and Shipserv is a differential.
