Team Overview: Being part of the Operations team for DiDi will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies in Latam. You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on DiDi businesses. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment The ideal candidates for our Operations role should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and be ready to lead by example. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business in Latam

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPIs to track marketplace performance and drivers and passengers behavior, acting as fast as needed to improve experience.
  • Innovation: to be extremely active in chasing opportunities and to be propositional in together with related peers, combining Demand, Supply and Marketing views in new approaches to our users base.
  • Be resourceful and scrappy. Take ownership of 99’s growth in your cities and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services.

Role Qualifications:

  • Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Master in Excel data processing.
  • Independent and strong critical thinking.
  • Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
