At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we’ll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.**Your Role and Responsibilities**Performance specialist for the z / os environment and its subsystems including advanced knowledge of Workload Manager, specialist in Capacity analysis with knowledge in the TDS (Tivoli decision Support) tool, MXG / SAS. Desirable VBA knowledge for spreadsheet automation, advanced Excell knowledge for creating graphics, projections and Pivot Table.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Provide Capacity Reports: Execute daily, weekely and/or monthly jobs that provide the standard reportsProvide Billing Reports : Execute monthly jobs that provide the billing reportsPerform problem determination, problem source identification, and problem resolution.Take ownership for assigned tasks and prioritize response in accordance with Team Leader’s directionsAdhere to IBM Security Policy as described in ITCS104.Manage the resolution of problems in accordance with their severity as defined in Problem Management procedures and within the targets.Support project tasks as assigned and deliver to the specified scheduleSupport Customer Satisfaction targets by providing primary support to customer or group of customers as designated and back up support to remaining clientsOwnership, LeadershipAdvanced english**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**VBA knowledge for spreadsheet automations, Advanced knowledge of Excell for creating charts, projections and Pivot Table, Knowledge in Gather Capacity data**Required Education**Bachelor's Degree**Preferred Education**None**Country/Region**Brazil**State / Province**SAO PAULO**City / Township / Village**HortolandiaKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
