Job Description:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead high-end interior fit-out projects across various sectors.

This key role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-standard execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years' experience in construction with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management
  • A strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for the required country.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery
  • Oversighting planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution
  • Aligning cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence
  • Championing HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase
  • Driving timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors.
