Regional IS Manager - Latin America
**Position Mission**
Are you passionate about technology, process management, and strategic projects, and want to be part of a global leader in innovation? ABB is looking for a **IS Business Manager LATAM** to join its Corporate area, responsible for managing system project demands, leading global initiatives, and heading the Business Process Owner (BPO) team in Latin America. If you have experience in project management, business engagement, and technology solutions, and are looking for a role with regional impact, we want to meet you
**Your Responsibilities**
- Capture, identify, and prioritize IT project demands, aligning global strategies with local business needs.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the required quality.
- Collaborate with process leaders and business areas to optimize workflows and propose technological improvements.
- Monitor IT service and project execution, ensuring adherence to ABB IS policies, standards, and governance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
- Supervise and develop the team, driving high performance and strategic alignment.
**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related areas.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in technology project management and business engagement.
**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of financial processes and experience in budget management.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
- Experience in people management and leading multifunctional teams.
