Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material and equal fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in various training programs organized by our technical service department to improve their technical ability and comprehensive service skills. Key responsibilities include suggesting or formulating subsidiary stock spare parts, submitting summaries of machine quality problems in the responsible area, and putting forward suggestions for machine quality improvement. Additionally, the Service Technician will be responsible for assisting colleagues with on-site inventory of spare parts warehouses and following all company and customer safety policies. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines, covering controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. They must also have the ability to communicate effectively in English and possess basic computer skills. Requirements: Educational Background: College or Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material and equal fields Other educational backgrounds but with more than 3 years' experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance Work Experience: At least 2 years of service work or technical support work experience in the injection molding machine industry or related industries Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to drive a car Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines Ability to use computers, email systems, and basic Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to understand mechanical drawings, electrical, and hydraulic schematics Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the field of injection molding machine service and maintenance.
