Responsabilidades:
- Realizar prospecção ativa de potenciais clientes por diversos canais;
- Estudar e dominar o portfólio de soluções e o mercado de atuação da empresa;
- Executar fluxos de cadência para agendamento de reuniões qualificadas;
- Desenvolver listas estratégicas de prospecção;
- Organizar e atualizar as oportunidades no CRM, garantindo sua correta evolução no funil;
- Colaborar com as equipes de Marketing, Vendas e demais áreas da empresa para gerar mais valor aos leads.
Qualificações:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento, preferencialmente em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência como SDR ou em áreas comerciais;
- Histórico comprovado de resultados em vendas (preferência para experiência com SaaS);
- Domínio das metodologias SPIN Selling e BANT;
- Vivência com ferramentas de prospecção ativa e outbound;
- Experiência no atendimento de leads gerados por marketing digital;
- Conhecimento e uso prático de CRMs reconhecidos no mercado (ex: RD Station, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
