About the opportunity:

As the first crucial point of contact in our sales process, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and uncovering valuable opportunities through strategic conversations. In this role, youll work to master our internal tools, sales vision, construction industry focus, and Premiersofts services. You will be expected to consistently meet monthly pipeline targets, foster team collaboration, and provide valuable feedback to leadership to help us improve continuously.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospect and generate leads by researching, identifying, and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn and email
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that spark interest and open up conversations
  • Manage and track leads using Dynamics CRM, organizing outreach efforts, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to ensure a strong handoff to the sales team
  • Schedule high-value meetings by booking discovery calls and strategic sessions with key decision-makers

To be successful in this position, you need to:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a BDR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn
  •  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with both teammates and prospects
  • Active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover customer needs

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the commercial contractor industry
  • Experience using tools like Dynamics 365 Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft products
