Human Resources Business Partner MIXUE Group • Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil Descrição da vaga The ideal candidate will have experience across all core areas of the human resources function, with at least 2 years of hands‑on HR experience in Brazil, and the ability to use both Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese as working languages. Responsibilities Company Setup & Pre-Operation Support Support company setup activities, including social security (e.g. INSS) registration, employer compliance setup, and other HR‑related pre‑operational preparations. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and manage recruitment channels, execute end‑to‑end hiring for open positions, and ensure timely talent delivery aligned with business needs. Employee Relations & Compliance Draft and localize the employee handbook, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and applicable state regulations. Manage compliance matters related to cross‑state and cross‑border employment. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support Assist in designing localized compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processes, tax compliance, social security contributions, and union‑related obligations. Training & Development Build the local training framework and design and deliver general and role‑specific training programs to support employee development and operational excellence. HR Systems & Administrative Support Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the local HR Information System (HRIS) and manage employee data. Handle basic administrative matters such as attendance management, office equipment allocation, and support the development of remote work policies. Culture & Engagement Promote corporate culture and employee engagement by planning and executing localized employee activities, including team‑building events and holiday celebrations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2–3 years of experience in HR or related field, at least 2 years of hands‑on HR experience in Brazil Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
