Meet your team:Partner Services Hub (PSH) empowers SAP partners to grow and simplify their business by delivering a personalized range of value-added services. The Partner Support Specialist intern is a partner facing role within Partner Support team, mainly responsible for handling partner support queue and for being the first line responders of queries coming from SAP Partners in Americas. Their primary goal is to handle volume of partner queries efficiently, providing quality support within the expected SLAs. They can also act as contributors to internal projects whenever required.
