**Como você vai CONTRIBUIR e CRESCER?**
The finance & HR department aims at bringing an effective support to activities and operations in order to develop profitable and sustainable growth for Seppic, aligned with the expectations of the Group.
**As a **Finance manager **, you will be based in our Sao Paulo office and be in charge of this department of Seppic Brasil, and bring support to the Latin America Zone. In order to succeed in your missions you will collaborate closely with the Seppic Latam team, Air Liquide Brasil Finance & HR department, as well as Seppic Group Corporate teams. The main mission are:
**1/ Finance department**:(80% of working time)
- **Contribute to the monthly and year end accounting and financial information according to the Seppic reporting principles, and in close link with both Air Liquide Brasil & Business Service Center (based in Argentina), and Seppic Group Finance Corporate teams**
- **Manage and control our banking operations, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).**
- **Coordinate international payments and receipts - Exchange closing and exchange variation**
- **Be responsible of Seppic Brasil cash flow**
- **Deploy the best practices in the Internal controlling in line with the rules and expectations from the Group**
- **Define the adequate reporting tool (KPI) to monitor, analyze and control overall costs.**
- **Manage the Financial & HR Team (2 persons).**
**2/ Human resources**:(20% of working time)
- **Maintain our HR administrative processes (recruitment, payroll, vacation, benefits.) of Seppic Brasil with the support of AL (CoE, HRBP, MyHR)**
- **Enhance employee experience through a sharp focus on employee processes and people development**
- **Contribute to the monthly and year end HR reports**
- **Continue to support the transformation of Seppic Latam and our organizations**

**Você possui esses requisitos?**
- **Master's degree in Accounting or Finance/business administration**
- **7 years+ of accounting and financial management experience**
- **Solid working knowledge of accounting and finance principles**
- **Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus**
- **Entry level understanding of HR principles and practices **preferred**
- **Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.**
- **Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.**
- **Strong organizational, team-building and communication skills (Portuguese & English), Spanish is a plus**
