**Description**
General information:Develop accurate, timely completion of solutions and tools, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality standards, safety requirements according to tendering strategy.Responsibilities:Creating, implementing substation tools, software solutions that enables simple and intuitive configuration, integration, offer preparation based PGGI solutions systems. Ensuring that all base solutions as competitive offers in face on market situation and customer conditions. Supporting to improve higher productivity and efficiency to develop Smart tools in line Hitachi strategies. Assigning internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and maintain high-level technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. Facilitating support to the Sales organizations to ensure excellence in quality. Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams. Guiding, motivating, coaching and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the Sales support team. Ensures the validation of terms and conditions.Your background:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering or related. Language: Intermediate English Sound knowledge of Substations within the electric market Knowledge of developing smart tools, tender management, electric services and solutions. Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills. Advanced Excel Knowledge Programming knowledge (HTML, PowerBI, SharePoint).
