In this position, you will deeply study the market and understand the needs of your customers, allowing you to proactively offer solutions that address their challenges. Your focus will be on becoming a trusted partner for the customer, serving as their main point of support within the company, rather than simply offering a service. Description

Description Essential:
-Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Management or related fields.
Desirable:
-Advanced English
-Advanced Spanish
-Office package knowledge (Word, Power Point and Excel).
Job Competencies:
-Completed degree or currently studying
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Strong organization and proactivity
-Availability for events and travel

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
-Plan policies, objectives, and goals for commercial area segments
-Plan, supervise, and control commercial activities
-Plan, supervise, and control market studies and segmentations, media usage, and customer profile identification
-Manage customer registration, campaigns, promotions, sales, and deliveries
-Gather and compile data to support decision-making
-Participate in research initiatives
-Monitor the sector's performance and systematize processes
-Analyze and monitor sector indicators
-Propose improvements based on technical data and performance results
-Prepare reports, maps, graphs, and presentations
-Track and analyze sales indicators
-Participate in sales techniques training
