Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who are in need of help. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, as well as be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team. You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise. This role will report to the Director of IT. What You’ll Do Be customer-facing, the first line of support; own support, and provide an outstanding support experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Work on macOS in an enterprise environment; manage procurement and delivery of technology equipment; own tech onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications — Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools — MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.; own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Detail solutions, craft help articles and automate busywork. Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues through to completion; juggle help desk tickets and prioritise effectively. Work on projects over sprints with Jira; set and align personal objectives and key results with team and company goals. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.; ability to utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; working with APIs to integrate systems; remote support across multiple countries/time zones. Strong communication skills across all media; clear, friendly, and concise writing; culturally sensitive. Desire to provide a magical experience for others; security-minded with knowledge of PGP; solid networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable with ambiguity. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS; GAM and command-line tooling experience; Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
