Employer Industry: Emergency Medical Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $78,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely, providing flexibility in your work environment Engage in meaningful work that makes a positive impact on customers and communities Comprehensive benefits options available Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as a liaison to existing and new customers to ensure positive client relations and high customer service standards Conduct market research and develop new contacts to generate leads for business development Build and maintain long-term relationships with various facilities to promote services and identify new business opportunities Assist in the development of training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions for assigned systems Analyze business needs and provide data reviews and market analysis to enhance adoption of innovative solutions What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inside sales or a related area with demonstrated customer service skills Knowledge of Air Medical, Ground EMS, and Emergency Dispatch communications preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in business development and/or customer service Familiarity with emergency dispatch communications and call center operations Previous experience in training or curriculum development We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
