The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and accelerate our growth trajectory. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly expanding brand, defining and executing the overall marketing strategy to establish ALP as a leader in the nicotine pouch industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive business growth, amplify our brand's voice, and ensure marketing initiatives are in lockstep with our ambitious company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and increase market share.
  • Manage marketing project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital marketing, traditional marketing, brand management, social media, and wholesale marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop cohesive data driven product release strategies across all sales channels.
  • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent and compelling across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, product development, and operations to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or a related fast-moving industry.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and performance marketing with a track record of managing substantial marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
