We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Systems Analyst who will be our frontline for IT incidents and small change requests while helping shepherd projects from kickoff to close-out. You'll start in a combined Level I/II capacity—handling day-to-day tickets, chasing down root causes, and making light code tweaks—then grow into documenting new and existing projects, coordinating with sponsors, stakeholders and external developers, and verifying delivered work. Serve as the first-line (Level I/II) contact for IT incidents—diagnose, resolve or escalate within agreed SLAs. Provide day-to-day systems support to end users, ensuring timely, effective issue resolution. Track and coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously, keeping sponsors and stakeholders informed with clear status updates. Review developer pull requests/commits and perform light Python or Bash tweaks when needed. Verify delivered features against requirements;
log and follow up on defects or improvement ideas. Investigate and troubleshoot Odoo ERP workflows, modules and performance issues;
propose actionable fixes. Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, harden security and improve service quality. Create, update and maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams and change logs for consistent knowledge sharing. Provide training and guidance to users through documentation, quick huddles and recorded demos. Assist in maintaining and enhancing company-wide security controls (identity, endpoint, backups, MFA) and support QA/compliance activities.Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo) in a technical role. Experience working in IT-related positions and Project Management. Knowledge of basic L1-L3 networking principles. Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes. Knowledge of and proven experience on Python programming language and Bash. Proficient in written and spoken English.
