Brazil Exclusive Travels is a luxury DMC and concierge agency specialised in tailor‑made journeys for an international clientele. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Director directly with content strategy and the organisation of our commercial materials. Ideal candidates are creative, proactive, organised and passionate about communication, tourism and digital tools. Brazil Exclusive Travels – Rio de Janeiro Main Responsibilities 1. Content Management – Social Media (Instagram & LinkedIn) Creation, planning and publication of content aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning Production of creative materials (posts, reels, carousels, stories and videos) Advanced use of tools such as Canva , ChatGPT , Gemini and other AI solutions for visual creation Basic video and image editing (strong advantage) Support in maintaining brand identity and consistency across all digital communication 2. Sales Support Create PDF presentations for clients in collaboration with Sales department Upload itineraries, descriptions, photos and complete travel information into the platform Organise and update the internal database (destinations, hotels, experiences, services) Write content in Portuguese and English Support the sales team by ensuring all materials are ready for quotations and client presentations Continuous improvement of the visual quality and storytelling of our itineraries High level of organisation and attention to detail Full training on our software will be provided by the company. Requirements Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation English bilingual (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Solid knowledge of Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information Clear, professional writing skills in Portuguese and English Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity and strong attention to detail Interest in the tourism and luxury travel market Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic video editing skills will be considered an advantage Benefits Fixed salary: R$ 2,500 Meal allowance Transport or mobility allowance International, creative and collaborative work environment Real opportunities for growth within the luxury travel market Tools Used Daily Canva ChatGPT / Gemini Instagram & LinkedIn Beetrip (training provided) Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs…) #J-18808-Ljbffr
