AmSpec Oportunidade: Business Development & Marketing Assistant (PCD) ( Assistente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios & Marketing (PCD) ) Resumo das Atividades Atuar como suporte administrativo do Desenvolvimento de Negócios & Marketing com o objetivo de manter a organização da área e o cumprimento dos devidos processos necessários ao bom funcionamento desse setor. Deveres e responsabilidades primárias Cuidar da Organização do Sharepoint mantendo documentos constantemente atualizados à medida que os projetos são implementados; Realizar compras (matérias promocionais ou de expediente) e apoiar nos processos de contratações de prestadores de serviços (pesquisas, cotações, negociações, contratações, acompanhamento das entregas e conclusão do processo); Manejar o sistema de registro de pedidos e solicitações de pagamentos e fazer a ponte entre fornecedores contratados e o Departamento Financeiro; Apoiar a área de desenvolvimento de negócios (atualização cadastral de clientes, renovações contratuais, entre outros); Apoiar nas adequações de instalações e material promocional de acordo com o branding e manual de marca; Apoiar na realização de eventos (apoiar nas fases de planejamento, montagem, execução e debriefing). Estar presente nos eventos quando necessário; Desejável, mas não imprescindível, apoiar nos criativos (textos publicitários e artes com uso de ferramentas específicas da área). Habilidades/Qualificações O perfil desejado é de uma pessoa organizada, que lide bem com sistemas operacionais, com capacidade de trabalhar cumprindo processos pré-definidos, com boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços e habilidade de trabalhar com projetos. Condições de trabalho Predominantemente em ambiente de escritório e horário de expediente regular. Eventualmente, necessário ter disponibilidade para algumas viagens e participações em feiras e eventos.
