**About the Job**
- Development and execution of the risk distribution plan (animal and damage sublines)
- Operational technical training of the distribution channels
- Relationship with the main channels and control of the portfolio's main financial indicators
- Underwriting according to defined guideline
- Market analysis and development of new insurance solutions
**About the Team**
The position is part of the Agro Team, which has other product lines such as Agriculture and Livestock. Agro is an important line for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, which brings good challenges and opportunities.
**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rural Insurance (desirable)
- Education in Agricultural Sciences (Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agricultural or Agronomic Engineering)
- Good analytical capacity
- Great time management, teamwork and communication skills.
