About you and this role - What you would do in this role
Dow has a great opportunity as Commercial Support Specialist Coatings & Monomers based in São Paulo(BRA), that supports the commercial organization, which includes pre/post-sales support to sales teams, such as data analysis, tracking, assessment and reporting activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.- Allocation Management: guarantee allocated volumes are covered.- Follow up customer orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders /accounts evolution.- Active participation in regional sales meetings providing an overview of the business situation.- Support new business opportunities and samples process tracking management.- Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities with customers.- Follow up and support of all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).- Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution and formalization in contract tool.- Analyze and support the implementation of pricing guidelines; Support with pricing tool.- Act as key ambassador of CX and digitalization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Engineering.- Fluent in Portuguese language skills.- Advance in English language skills.- Intermediate in Spanish language skills.- Excel advanced.- SAP preferred.- Problem solving.- Initiative.- Customer mindset.- Teamwork- Fast learning- Commercial Excellence- Creating Customer Value- Discipline- Prioritization- Analytical mindset- Solid networking skills- Experience working with multifunctional teams.
