We are hiring a full‑time hybrid Extended Warranty Claims Adjuster in São Paulo, SP. The role involves reviewing and processing warranty claims, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely resolution, and maintaining detailed records of all claims handled. Responsibilites Handle consumer electronics claims and manage warranty claim processes. Assess property damage and evaluate accidental damage for mobile insurance. Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution. Maintain detailed records of all claims handled. Qualifications Experience in consumer electronics claims handling and claims management. Knowledge of insurance and insurance claims. Ability to assess accidental damage and extended warranty for mobile insurance. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
