Recommerce Manager, Reverse & Recommerce & Network Losses — Amazon

Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages.
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead operational meetings and monitor process performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders and review/optimize workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and analyze performance data.
  • Drive improvement initiatives.
A day in the life

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
