Job Overview Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Manager within its Customer Success Engineering team. Key responsibilities include driving the team's expertise in key performance indicators, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and driving business growth. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Services Delivery, or Consulting 3+ years of experience in people management roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success Engineering team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily operations, developing strategies to drive customer adoption, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
