Customer Experience Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive engagement, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery meetings with key stakeholders to position our platform as a core system and maximize its value. Build strong relationships with key users to drive long-term success and identify upsell opportunities. Analyze customer data to proactively address risks and develop retention strategies. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles or technical account management in a SaaS company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities. Experience in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with sales teams.
