**Booksy **is the leading beauty marketplace for finding, scheduling and managing appointments (with over 2.5 million bookings per month worldwide), anchored by a SaaS app for business management. The company is headquartered in the United States and has over 200 employees based in offices across 5 countries.To support our future dynamic growth we are currently looking for:**Head of Sales - Brazil**(location: São Paulo)**Scope of work**:- Managing the sales team and supporting their development and professional growth- Supporting sales team in reaching the targets and monitoring their achievement- Ensuring high level of customer care in the post-sales process- Actively researching the markets to identify and accommodate customer needs- Working with other departments to deliver joint projects- Coordinating participation in health & beauty trade shows, events and fairs**Requirements**:- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales (ideally in SMB segment)- Experience in managing sales teams- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills- Positive, proactive and highly motivated about the job- Strong communication skills both in Portuguese and English**More about Booksy**Booksy raised over $20m in VC funding to date, the last round was led by Piton Capital and included investors such as OpenOcean and Zach Coelius.
