ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys supporting others and driving operational efficiency?

Kwaden Services is looking for a Support Consultant to join their on-site team in Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal . In this full-time role, you’ll provide expert support across the full Blue File suite — a growing range of powerful tools that streamline sales, contracts, task management, pricing, and order processes for the FMCG industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, technical know-how, and a client-first mindset. You’ll support principals and sales agents; help improve systems and contribute to product evolution through hands-on collaboration with development teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide professional, timely technical support across the Blue File suite (currently includes Party Directory, Trade Contracts, Sales Agency Contracts, Task Management, Pricing, and Order Management)
Troubleshoot user issues and provide clear, effective resolutions
Deliver training sessions to help clients understand and adopt platform features
Create and update user documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training videos
Log, track, and manage support requests through JIRA, ensuring accurate resolution and timely follow-up
Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust
Collaborate with product development to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements
Participate in product validation, learn and document new features, and communicate releases to users
Prepare internal reports on support trends, issues, and solutions for review and analysis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in a sales support, technical support, or client-facing role
Relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, IT, or related)
Knowledge of business processes related to sales, pricing, and order management
Previous experience in a tech-driven, customer-facing environment
Proficiency in computer-based administration and digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Assertiveness and confidence when holding others accountable to performance metrics
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting This is an on-site role in Kloof — own reliable transport is essential
Flexibility to provide support outside standard working hours when required
