- Employment Type: Full-time- Schedule: AU Dayshift- Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH
**What awaits you in this role?**
- Preparing compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA’s
- Working closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice.
- Assisting the administration team members with the implementation of the advice
- Liaising with key stakeholders such as product providers Liaising with clients, as required
- Supporting Financial Planners with administrative duties
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team development - Improving internal tasks and procedures, client communication, ensuring high level of product and lender policy knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Here ‘s what you need to succeed**:
- Preferably have two to three years of experience using financial planning software such as Xplan and IRESS
- Experience in a paraplanning role
- Ability to prepare compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's
- Can work closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice and support them
- Able to assist the administration team members with implementation of advice;
- Can communicate with clients, stakeholders and product providers
