
Revenue Growth Manager

- Desenvolver e liderar as alavancas de Revenue Growth Management: preço, promoções, mix de produto, canal e pack price architecture.
- Estruturar a área e o time do zero, junto com a criação de políticas comerciais.
- Conduzir análises de elasticidade de preço, rentabilidade por canal e SKU, margem por cliente, entre outras.
- Gerar recomendações estratégicas para maximizar receita e margem, considerando performance de mercado, comportamento do consumidor e tendências.
- Colaborar com times de Vendas, Trade Marketing, Financeiro, Supply Chain e Marketing para garantir consistência entre estratégia e execução.
- Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos preditivos de RGM com base em dados internos e externos (mercado, IQVIA, Scanntech, Mercado Livre, dados online).
- Suportar o planejamento de políticas comerciais e iniciativas de eficiência promocional.
- Liderar projetos de transformação de RGM, com foco em processos, governança e cultura de decisão orientada a dados.
- Gerenciar dashboards, relatórios e KPIs que monitorem impacto das ações de RGM na performance do negócio.
Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência sólida em RGM, Pricing, mercado B2C e atuação em multicanalidade (varejo e online), com desejável vivência e interesse na construção de estruturas de RGM do zero. É necessário ter formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas, domínio avançado de Excel, PowerPoint e ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI, além de familiaridade com bases de mercado como IQVIA, Scanntech e Kantar. Procuramos alguém com perfil altamente analítico, pensamento estratégico, foco em geração de valor para o negócio, excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
