The DPS Lifecycle Specialist will manage collaboration with other teams and functional areas on new product releases to ensure that Service Requirements are met and released, support the development of local resources as well on new products and will work closely with franchise teams on identified gaps and issues in the field and collaboration. Review potential process changes for their effect on product performance, Lead resolution of significant product issues with functional areas.
**Your duties & responsibilities**
- Interfaces with management within the operations, commercial departments of company.
- Represents LATAM within DPS Global teams replicating global initiatives into the region and replicating global dashboards.
- Track CAPEX execution within DPS with a consolidated view.
- Manage spare parts request and inventory
- Ensure complete installed base is updated for LATAM
- Equipment Lifecycle management, from NPI service readiness, roadmap implantation (region strategy for certification, tools capabilities, spare parts security inventory, ensure proper technical training until End-of-Life process.
- Dashboards and metrics for Maintenance policies in place
- Design and validate with commercial teams and global maintenance policies
- Foster increase of maintenance policies for franchises and revenue generation
- Ensures that all records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements: identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
- Participates in the preparation of technical service plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans. Implements those plans as well.
- Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints. Maintains relationships with key customers.
- Forecasts DPS technical service needs in reference to key customers and products.
- Interfaces with technical service staff to improve reliability and performance of products and services.
- Actively participates on special projects and/or assignments, especially for Digital and Robotics
**Qualifications**
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Administration or Marketing.
2. Minimum of (4) years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist in Medical Devices, or product specialist
3. Experience in the healthcare industry.
4. It will be desirable if you count on Clinical or Technical expertise in DPS
5. Equipment Lifecycle management is desirable
6. English advanced level
7. Spanish intermediate level
8. Experience with medical devices;
