ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Client Solutions Manager is a crucial member of our growing Global Business Solutions team that supports our sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best-in-class customer service to clients, both internally and externally.
The Lead Client Solutions Manager role is responsible for:
- Partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities.
- Using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.
- Establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction.
- Driving education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business.
- Managing and growing post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results.
- Being proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimization.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, using those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Sharing marketplace feedback and guiding our advertising strategy.
- Supporting and working with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.
- Conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Investigating and working directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Establishing long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring their business needs are taken good care of by the cross-functional team.
- Managing the team of managers, helping them improve and thrive.
- Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback.
- Sharing marketplace feedback and guiding our advertising strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing key accounts in diverse industries.
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
- Experience managing teams is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
