Lead Client Solutions Manager - Growth/Services - São Paulo

Responsibilities

The Lead Client Solutions Manager is a crucial member of our growing Global Business Solutions team that supports our sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best-in-class customer service to clients, both internally and externally.

The Lead Client Solutions Manager role is responsible for:

  1. Partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities.
  2. Using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.
  3. Establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education, and advertiser satisfaction.
  4. Driving education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business.
  5. Managing and growing post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results.
  6. Being proficient in campaign management, setting up, and optimization.
  7. Analyzing campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, using those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
  8. Sharing marketplace feedback and guiding our advertising strategy.
  9. Supporting and working with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.
  10. Conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  11. Investigating and working directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
  12. Establishing long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring their business needs are taken good care of by the cross-functional team.
  13. Managing the team of managers, helping them improve and thrive.
Product and Go-to-Market Strategy
  1. Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback.
  2. Sharing marketplace feedback and guiding our advertising strategy.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  1. At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
  2. Experience in managing key accounts in diverse industries.
  3. Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  4. Experience managing teams is a plus.
  5. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  6. Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills.
  7. Proficient in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel, SQL is a plus.
