The Sales Training Manager role involves developing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills.
This position requires collaboration with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content addressing business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- You will inspire and motivate trainees as a role model, fostering their development and success in a new dynamic environment.
- You actively design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the campaign, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
- You measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods and refine training content based on evaluation results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering high-impact training initiatives
- Collaborating with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hires and ongoing training efforts
- Staying up-to-date on changes to client products, services, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of Operations Training experience, Sales Training experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
- Comfortable working on-site
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level technical staff
