In this role, you will keep contracts updated, maintain accurate records, and develop progress reports for senior leaders and clients. With a thorough understanding of our products and services, you will be able to identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.**What Are My Working Hours?**This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week.**What Experience Do I Need?**You’ve been working in an account manager, sales, or customer service role, and now you’re ready for growth. Your proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback shows that you can juggle multiple responsibilities with aptitude.Your organization and communication skills are unrivaled, so it’s no sweat for you to grasp spreadsheets, audits, and DRM software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce.**How Much Will I Be Paid?**You’ll receive an attractive monthly salary according to your qualifications and experience.Ability to commute/relocate:- Rio de Janeiro, RJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
